Privacy Policy – Wallet: Budget & Expense Track

This Privacy Policy applies to the Wallet: Budget & Expense Track mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) developed and operated by dHI APPS (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a free service. This service is provided “AS IS”.

  1. Information Collection and Use
    The Application may collect certain information automatically when you download and use it, including:

  • Device Internet Protocol (IP) address

  • Device type and operating system

  • App pages visited, date/time of visits, and time spent in the Application

  • General usage and diagnostic information

The Application does not collect precise location information from your device.

For better functionality, users may enter financial or expense-related records within the Application. This data remains under the user’s control.

The Service Provider may use collected information to:

  • Improve Application performance

  • Provide updates and important notices

  • Enhance user experience

  1. Google Drive Backup and Synchronization
    The Application may allow users to back up or synchronize their data with their own Google Drive account.

  • Data is stored directly in the user’s personal Google Drive

  • The Service Provider does not permanently store user financial data on their own servers unless explicitly stated

  • Data stored in Google Drive is subject to Google’s privacy policies

  1. Crash Reporting and Analytics
    The Application may use Firebase Crashlytics or similar tools to collect technical information when the app crashes or encounters errors. This may include:

  • Device model

  • Operating system version

  • App configuration

  • Error logs

This data is used only to improve app stability and performance. No personal financial data is intentionally collected through crash analytics.

  1. Third-Party Services
    The Application may use third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

  • Google Play Services

  • Google AdMob

  • Facebook Services

  • OneSignal Push Notifications

  • Firebase Services (Crashlytics & Analytics)

These services may collect device information, usage data, crash logs, and advertising identifiers to improve functionality and advertising performance.

  1. Subscriptions and Payments
    The Application may offer paid subscription plans that unlock premium features.

  • All payments are securely processed through the Google Play Billing system

  • The Service Provider does not collect or store users’ credit card or banking details

  • Payment data is handled by Google according to Google Play policies

  • Users can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime through their Google Play account

  1. Data Responsibility Disclaimer
    The Application provides tools to manage budgets and expenses. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain backup and synchronization features, the Service Provider is not responsible for any loss of data caused by:

  • Device damage or loss

  • Accidental deletion

  • Google Drive synchronization issues

  • Google account problems

  • Third-party service outages

  • Technical errors or software failures

Users are responsible for maintaining access to their Google account and ensuring proper backups.

  1. Data Sharing and Disclosure
    Information may be shared only when:

  • Required by law or legal process

  • Necessary to protect rights or investigate fraud

  • Shared with trusted service providers working on behalf of the Service Provider

Only aggregated or anonymized data may be used for analytics or improvements.

  1. Data Retention
    User data is retained only as long as necessary for app functionality.

  1. Children’s Privacy
    The Application is not intended for children under 13.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If discovered, such data will be deleted immediately.

    The Service Provider uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect user information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

  2. Opt-Out Rights
    Users may stop all information collection by uninstalling the Application using standard device uninstall methods.

    This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Application after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
